Industrial consulting and engineering specialists Enmac Oy and Oukotek Oy have combined their strength through a corporate acquisition: Enmac’s parent company will purchase Oukotek’s stock in full. Oukotek’s key personnel will continue in their current positions and become significant owners of the new entity.
Enmac and Oukotek both have an entrepreneurial approach and together they employ more than 150 professionals. Combined, the companies can serve customers in a wider area and with a stronger service portfolio.
