Sponsor Capital will become Innoflame’s new majority shareholder under a transaction agreement signed on 26 August 2026. The transaction supports Innoflame’s next phase of growth as the company strengthens its position as a pioneer in the Finnish product media market and lays the foundation for international expansion. The transaction is conditional to the customary closing conditions such as authority approvals.
As a result of transaction, Korona Invest will exit Innoflame after having served as the company’s majority shareholder since 2021. Over the past five years, Korona Invest has supported Innoflame’s growth and development through several strategically important acquisitions, helping the company strengthen its position as Finland’s leading product media company.

The change in ownership will not affect the day-to-day service provided to customers, while over time it will further strengthen Innoflame’s ability to serve customers operating internationally.
