The operations of Refitem and Länsi Kylmä will expand as of the beginning of 2026, when Länsi Kylmä Oy’s business will be transferred to Refitem Finland Oy. At the same time, Länsi Kylmä’s founding entrepreneurs, Rami Luhtio and Matti Latukka, will join the combined entity as owners.

The transaction is driven by both companies’ strong growth ambitions and their shared goal of bringing together the best expertise in the industry. Earlier this year, Refitem and Putkiteho formed a new building services engineering company, which Länsi Kylmä is now joining.
