Korona Invest Brings Together Niparmi, Rastec and Sareskoski – Creating a New Finnish Intralogistics Integrator

Share

The Finnish intralogistics market is divided between large international players and smaller
local companies. The objective of the transaction is to develop a new entity capable of
serving customers comprehensively across different intralogistics needs, including
equipment, design, and technology solutions.

“There is a clear gap in the market for a domestic integrator that brings together a unified
and efficient offering. Niparmi, Rastec and Sareskoski complement each other extremely
well, and together they form a strong foundation for a new player,” comments Jaakko
Isotalo, Partner at Korona Invest.

The combined pro forma revenue of the companies in 2025 was approximately 32 million
euros. Korona Invest acts as the majority owner in the transaction and supports the
company in executing its strategy, developing its offering, and accelerating growth.

The key personnel of the companies will continue in leadership roles within the combined
entity and remain significant shareholders.

“This is, above all, a growth initiative. We want to invest in expertise, technology, and service
capability. Automation and efficiency requirements are shaping the market, and we believe
the combined entity is well positioned to respond to this development,” says Harri Hakanen,
CEO of the combined entity.

The companies will continue their operations as before as part of the new group.
