Rastec & Niparmi & Sareskoski — the intralogistics integrator owned by Korona Invest, formed in April 2026 — has appointed Ville Keskinen as CEO of the group. Keskinen took up the role on 6 August 2026.
In spring 2026, Korona Invest brought together three Finnish intralogistics companies — Rastec, Niparmi and Sareskoski — to form a new entity aimed at building a strong, nationwide domestic player in intralogistics equipment, design and technology solutions. The combined pro forma revenue of the merging companies in 2025 was approximately EUR 32 million.
Keskinen brings extensive experience in sales leadership and business development within Finnish industry and trade. He previously served as CEO of Elisa IndustrIQ Finland and Leanware.
