Asuntopehtoori and Korona Invest have agreed on a transaction in which Korona Invest becomes the majority owner of Asuntopehtoori. Asuntopehtoori’s key individuals remain with the company in key leadership roles and as significant minority owners. Asuntopehtoori strengthens its capabilities to serve clients comprehensively with leading service level.

The Finnish property management service provider Asuntopehtoori and private equity company Korona Invest have agreed on a transaction in which a fund managed by Korona Invest becomes the majority owner of Asuntopehtoori Oy and Asuntopehtoori Isännöinti Oy. Asuntopehtoori’s key individuals remain with the company in leadership roles and as significant minority owners. The investment from Korona Invest supports Asuntopehtoori’s next development phase, in which the company will further strengthen its capabilities to serve a broad client base with a comprehensive service offering and industry-leading service level.

Asuntopehtoori, founded in 2018, is a Finnish company that offers a wide variety of services for owners of residential and commercial real estate. The company’s core business includes management of rental apartments and commercial spaces, rental apartment and real estate brokerage, real estate agent services, and housing company property management. Asuntopehtoori’s client base comprises private individuals, professional investors, family offices, construction companies, funds, and various types of institutions. Key cornerstones of the company’s success are its reliability as well as its efficient and customer-oriented service.
